Kelly spent her childhood in the ever-developing community of Kenosha until 1992 when she moved to Racine County to establish a life and future in Real Estate and Property Management. A graduate of University of Whitewater, Kelly also is enthusiastic and skilled in landlord and tenant law, tenant screening, and fair housing regulations. Kelly is active in the community, on the board of the Southern Wisconsin Landlord Association and a member of Harbor Lite Yacht Club.

Growing up working in a family business managing the operations of a local Country Club for most of her formative years, introduced opportunities to meet people from all walks of life; golfer, tourists, retirees, newlyweds and their families. Kelly eagerly followed in her father’s footsteps; learning and applying knowledge related to residential development, management skills and customer service. Kelly centers her real estate career around finding joy for her clients. It is important people define home as “living where you love and loving where you live”. Finding the right place for your family is a driving force for Kelly.

Kelly and her husband of 20 years enjoy what Racine has to offer, especially when there is time to take in the city skyline from their boat on Lake Michigan. When it’s time to unwind, Kelly finds joy playing with her dogs, tending to her horses, bike riding and exploring the Northwoods on UTV trails with her husband.

Joy finds a place in Kelly’s life outside of work, in the successes of her two children, one a local business owner/chemist and the other an enthusiastic Freshman of Marquette University. Kelly believes “joy is a feeling we have from doing what we are fashioned to do, no matter the outcome” taking this approach and attitude with her while raising her children and working with her clients. Kelly is excited to play a role in the lives of families and businesses looking to find their joy in making Racine and surrounding area’s home.
